General registration
Registering for the Netherlands Autism Register is possible if you belong to one of the groups below and currently live in the Netherlands. To register, please click on one of the links below. You will then be taken to a secure page where you can enter your personal details. After completing your details, you will be automatically redirected to the registration questionnaire to complete your registration. You will also receive an email from the Netherlands Autism Register with the link, so you can open the questionnaire at a later time. Completing this questionnaire takes approximately 20-30 minutes.

Registration adults 16+
People with autism aged 16 or older may decide for themselves whether they want to register with the Dutch Autism Register.

When an autistic child is 15 years or younger, registration can only be done by the child's parents and/or guardians.

A legal representative is someone who is allowed to act for the autistic person and make decisions in areas in which this person is incapacitated, for example when the person with autism also has an intellectual disability.
